Passport-Size Photos
Five recent photographs of the bride and five of the bridegroom, colour or black and white.

Joint Photograph
One joint full-size postcard photograph measuring approximately 4 × 6 inches.

Affidavit Stamp Papers
₹10 or ₹20 stamp paper for affidavits, separately two for each applicant.

Residence Proof
Valid proof showing the current residence of the bride and bridegroom.

Employment Proof
Salary certificate or other accepted employment proof.

Witnesses and Identity Proof
Two witnesses separately for the bride and groom, with originals and Xerox copies.

Physical and mental fitness certificate, plus an HIV test report from a diagnostic centre.

For Inter-Religion Marriage
Speak with the Mandir before preparing the paperwork so the current form and conversion procedure can be confirmed.
International marriages are not allowed.

- Provide two extra passport-size photographs.
Divorced Applicant
Contact the Mandir for the current case-specific checklist. A certified copy of the Divorce Decree granted by a competent court is generally required.
Widow or Widower
Contact the Mandir for the current case-specific checklist. The Death Certificate of the deceased spouse is generally required.
